Serum Institute of India has been awarded 'Happiest Workplace Award – 2022' for focusing towards employee wellbeing and employee happiness as part of its business sustainability and business growth. Serum Institute Of India was ranked in the Top 10 companies across the country.
The Happiest Workplace Survey took place in April 2022 in association with BW Businessworld and HappyPlus Consulting, the results were adjudicated by the Jury members namely T V Rao (Chairman, TV Rao learning Systems Pvt. Ltd), Dr. Punam Sahgal (Former Dean and Professor of Organization Behavior, Consultant, IIM Lucknow ), Dr. Anurag Batra (Chairman & Editor-in-chief, BW Businessworld) & Dr. Ashish Ambasta (Founder & CEO, HappyPlus Consulting).
Serum Institute of India was also one of the recipients of 'Most Preferred Workplace 2022-23' award organized by Team Marksmen in association with India Today in July 2022.
