INDICATION

For the active immunization of infants of the age of 6 weeks and above against Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and Haemophilus Influenzae type b

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION

Vaccine is for Intramuscular (IM) administration.

DOSAGE

Each dose is 0.5 ml

COMPOSITION

First 3 doses be given 4 weeks apart 6, 10 and 14 weeks.
A booster dose of DTwP and Haemophilus influenzae type b Conjugate Vaccine can be given at the age of 15-18 months.

Single dose presentation:

Suspension for injection obtained by reconstituting the powder from one dose vial of Hib vaccine with one ampoule (0.5 ml) of DTP vaccine.

Multidose presentation:

Suspension for injection obtained by reconstituting the powder from one 2 dose vial of Hib vaccine with one 2 dose ampoule/vial (1 ml) of DTP vaccine.
Suspension for injection obtained by reconstituting the powder from one 5 dose vial of Hib vaccine with one 5 dose vial (2.5 ml) of DTP vaccine.
