Serum - Protection from birth onwards
For the immunization of infants, children and adults of all ages For the people at greater risk at work eg. gardeners, athletes, farmers, laboratory staff etc. For women of childbearing age and pregnant women to prevent neonatal tetanus.
Primary immunization schedule for children under 7 years of age should consist of five doses of tetanus toxoid containing vaccine

Primary Course in Childhood | 3 doses of the vaccine in the 6th, 10th and 14th week after birth (TT containing vaccine) |
Fourth Dose (TT containing vaccine) | 3 years after the primary vaccination. If Pertussis component is contraindicated |
Fifth Dose (TT containing vaccine) | Given to the children aged between13 to 18 years as booster |
The general vaccination for adults is as follows:
